The game now runs at a higher resolution (higher than 720p) and performs somewhat better at sixty, although caching does bring with it stutters here and there. That’s not a problem. Turns out there were some extra files in Yuzu's "keys" folder that were not suppossed to be there. All I left was the "prod.keys" file and everything went smooth after that. For some reason, those extra files allowed to install every other DLC except for Byleth.
