Takes a few miles to break them in after that smother as butter. The low range comes in handy for plowing or going down steep hills the engine braking is the same as foot shift model.

The Rubicons 01-11 and Rincons don't use the same type of transmissions as the ES models.The DCT allows the rider to shift gears manually using up and down arrow switches on the handlebar.
