I know it's a 35Gb update with a new 64-bit client and, having worked IT support (software developer), I know it's impossible to give an exact time.Star Wars: The Old Republic has added a new server to play on to the game! If the problem is at your end, or your ISP's end, you may be able to fix it. If the problem is at the SWTOR end, then BW can fix it. But if the problems is with one of the many hubs or routers in between, you basically just have to wait it out.
