I know losing pieces of the mucus plug doesn’t really mean anything as it can grow back, but lately I’ve been losing a lot of it. It’s never been bloody but for the past 4 days in a row I’ve lost multiple chunks of it varying in size from a dime to a quarter following an episode of pelvic pressure, lower back pain & period-like cramps.
