I do not have a boat, so my fishing is limited to shore. I have been fishing several spots off shore at selfridge with mixed success.

Yesterday, got out around 4PM by the Selfridge DNR Launch. Lots of people fishing all around the launch, in the channel and up to 50 yds from shore.

Usually start fishing about 8am til 11 or so then the bite seems to slow. Over 100 caught consistently with us taking home 25 to 35 each time. We only keep eight inches and up and we had some beautiful slab perch this year. Also took some very nice Pike caught off smaller perch under bobbers.
