I think the IKAROS mod is compatible with the Vanilla Pip boy only. Be sure to uninstall through Mod Configuration Menu and follow all instructions. Pretty much what the title is. Rule of moding number one: Never uninstall mods mid-playthrough the only exception is if the mod author himself says that you can.
