I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey with 80000 miles. I have been having sliding door problems and the "sliding door" warning has appeared on my dash. I could live with this but I am now having battery problems with even a new battery. I brought it to Dealer and diagnostics showed problem with Latching Mechanism, door not completely closing and calling for small charge to close the door.I also have sliding door light came up on my 2000 ody a few weeks ago, and the power sliding door was not working from then on. Unfortunately, this is only a couple months after my 3 years warranty was up. Short version: Got the fix from reading this forum by removing and reinserting fuse #13. Seems to be working fine so far, 2 weeks so far.There are several fuses for the sliding doors.
