Package was supposed to arrive Saturday the 9th, reached the delivery center 30 minutes from my house, and then nothing. It's poor strategy that reeks of "We are not confident in our product enough to go into mass production", and if you care about the future of the Deck, or a potential Deck V2, you should wish upon a star that they market it to non-steam users, otherwise it's gonna go the same way as the Steam Controller, except the Deck didn't deserve that.

I understand that this experience is wrong and frustrating, but as long as you hang in there you will get a Steam Deck. If there's anyone to blame for this, it's Valve for choosing to use FedEx, or for choosing third party logistics that uses FedEx.
