Pit boss not connecting to wifi.

It is not completly fixed but I had my phone sitting on the counter and noticed full bars and wi fi icon in the app went way out of blue tooth range and it stayed connected. It does keep trying to change back to blue tooth but at least I have not totally lost connection to smoket as of yetI have 2 separate 2.4Ghz networks by 2 different providers. I could connect to the grill over Bluetooth but not Wi-Fi. It would see my wifi and I entered the password, and then the app reset to the connect wifi screen and would not see any network. Customer service was no help. New member. Bought my Lockhart yesterday and it tried to connect once then after it failed to connect to my Network it will not recognize the grill any longer.
