No controller plugged in, just straight mouse and keyboard. I can switch characters and the hotbars show up, but not on the bugged one (which is Lae'zel this time, but not sure it's always her). The entire hotbar was missing. I couldn't end her turn. Had to shut down the game. Just had same issue. UI shows initially, but if I switch characters the UI for everyone disappears. F10 doesn't bring it back up and the space (next) button appears on right hand of screen.. as if I'm in story (dialog) mode.

Aug 4, 2023 · I found a solution I think - select the bugged character, then if you quick save during the combat (f5) and then load that save it should load back in with the battle hub there.
