Neither fob works for the remote start, nor do they unlock or lock my car. I noticed this about a month or so ago. I doubt both batteries are bad, but I guess it is possible.

The dealer is getting in the mopar remote start for me to look at. From what he is saying it allows you to keep your old key fobs and gives you 2 new ones with the remote start option.
